I have lived here fr 3 years, still here but not for long. List of problems started out with my shed dorr literally falling off bcause the frame had rotted out. Roof leaks, water and mold damage. Now I have squrrels living in my ceilings. City even has come out and done inspections and fined the owners. The manager used to run a Section 8 housing complex, runs Woodsfield the same way. Go someplace elese, even Hamilton is better.
