NOT NICE,MANAGERS RUDE,APARTMENT IS COLD AND VERY HIGH BILLS FOR HEAT.PIPES BUSTING.BED BUGS.ALWAYS TURNING OFF THE WATER.SO IF YOU LIKE TO BE CLEAN DONT LIVE HERE.RUN.

they illegally told me i had to move from that dump, they told me my lease would not be extended and i could apply for a newer unit or move, i found later i did not have to move under those terms, i have an attorney filing for me, the dummies dont know there are rules to making someone move only to charge them higher rent in one of their mold covered units, the management is a real joke there, now i know the law i will deal with them.

they installed cheap heaters that suck you dry, and yes you pay way way way more than its worth to live in a dump, they covered up the cracks and mold now it cost you to live in a dump, calls for a class action suite <<<<<

it will cost you over 1100 a month to live there, 50 water fee, power bill because of cheep heaters installed over 200 a month, these charges dont include the rent hahaha
