	NOT NICE,MANAGERS RUDE,APARTMENT IS COLD AND VERY HIGH BILLS FOR HEAT.PIPES BUSTING.BED BUGS.ALWAYS TURNING OFF THE WATER.SO IF YOU LIKE TO BE CLEAN DONT LIVE HERE.RUN.
