This is the only way to describe what kind of place this is. The apartments are great, they have a nice layout and decent storage space. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything, you can even hear your neighbors flushing their toliets! The landlord never fixes anything - you have to threaten them for them to even come out. They also want to be sure you pay your rent, but when you need things fixed they are amazingly never around. He likes to tell you to fix things yourself before they attempt to make a call. I would not suggest paying this landlord a penny for anything, he will take all he can and run!!
