Well, I'll start by saying we hear our neighbors having sex and anything else they might be up to. Office personnel are not the friendliest people to deal with. Everytime someone walks up the stairs it sounds like a stampede. The walls shake like you wouldnt believe. Very squeaky floors. My car has been broken into twice the last few months. Took a week to fix our Air Conditioning. Absolutely NO amenities(pool, gym, etc.). Apartments are spacious but have no patios or balconies. Good schools. Free covered parking with storge shed is a plus. Price is just way to high for what you get.
