Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
We can hear the upstairs neighbor walking around the apartment. We can hear him use the restroom and once distinctly heard him drop the shampoo bottle in the shower. This street runs two ways though as he can hear the television (which causes him to complain) when we have to turn it up to hear over the dishwasher.
No microwave
Windows didn't close properly so we had to put towels at the bottem to save heat/cold.
Storage area is rotting in places.
No pool, balcony, excercise room
Two parking spots, one covered with plenty of off street parking for guests.
Spacious apartment
Most neighbors are friendly.
