The thinnest skinned apartments I've ever lived in. Your neighbors phone will ring and you'll think its yours. The outside carport storage is joke as the elements can get in without any touble. Only good for storing say a bike or plastic containers.
Staff is good but tells one story before you move in and another after you move. Watch out for the lease - there is no getting out of it, if you break it you're responsible for the remaining time on it.
The heat pump setup is very noisy and the units are located next to bedrooms making it dificult to get a good nights sleep due to the noise.
Watch out for units that are at the bottom the hills, problems with water build up and ice blocking the entrace to the apartment.

i agree!.. they told us totally different measurements for our closets.. didnt tell us the heater would be in the master closet! it clicks on and off all night long... i hear every word from the people upstairs! i hate it
