1. You can hear everything from your neighbors alarm clock to them taking showers, and they can hear you too. Many times they complain to the landlord that there is too much noise being made, when they are making as much or more noise.
2. Maintenance is crappy. They take forever to fix something, and only half do it when they do. They also use very cheap replacement parts, so many items end up getting broken again.
3. Carports and storage is also crappy. They are basically rotting, and falling apart, and need to be completely redone.
4. Parking is good.
5. No balcony, patio, or any other amenities.
