At first I was impressed with the complex, then reality set in. The property manager, Kim, absolutely hates kids! She will complain about your kid(s) and everyone elses to anyone that will listen. There is NOTHING for the kids to do besides go to the Fairfield Aquatic Center in the summer. The walls in the apartments are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor does (and I mean EVERYTHING!). The carports (what a joke) are of rotting wood. The utility bill was pretty high I thought. My kids got head lice from all of kids there. It was disgusting. I was SO glad to get out of there. Worst 3 months of my life!
