I lived in Camelot East for 1 year. I moved out in December 2007. Over all I did like the place, but not sure if I would live there again.

The great things about the place are (for the layout I had):
big closets, only 6 units per building, nice swimming pools & tennis courts, ample parking, good price for size of apartment and location of complex.
The office staff and maintenance were good. The office was friendly, easy to contact, and fair & flexible about issues. We did not have many maintenance problems, but when we did they were fixed quickly. One maintenance worker even left his own home immediately to fix our front door lock! The complex workers also did a good job about coordinating differnt events for tenants, and even had a newsletter. The landscape is pretty--great to walk your dog!

Things I did not like were:
thin walls esp. in hall ways. old drafty windows--this was the worst--I had to tape my bedroom window up in the winter b/c cold air would leak in. Also, they say heat & water paid, but not in all units--ours wasn't paid for. With the drafty windows, we paid way too much to heat and cool the apartment. There was a domestic violence problem in our building, and there was vandolism to a couple cars in the parking lot.
