When I moved in, my apartment was under the management and the name of the Oaks at Woodridge. I never had any problems and enjoyed living there. Then, about six months into my lease, it changed management and it's name to Cobblestone Grove. We weren't able to use the facilities at the Oaks anymore and the new pool and clubhouse didn't compare to the one at the Oaks. The new office staff under Cobblestone Grove wasn't that friendly either. I moved out when my lease was up because of not being able to use the Oaks when I originally rented from the Oaks. A few months later, I was glad that I did because some of the apartment buildings caught on fire and they said that the building didn't have a fire wall in between the floors. That's why I wouldn't recommend it. The fire did a lot of damage. The Oaks are safer.
