Where do I even begin'

Management members stink. The head manager (Kim) is the worst, everyone avoids her like the plague.

Never at anytime did my front "security" door ever completely close all the way, much less lock.

Nothing is ever repaired. It doesn't matter how many times you complain or how upset you get.

They will charm you and say anything to get you to lease, and then they will not follow up on their promises about how they're "working on this or working on that" and how they expect it to be "repaired any day now."

Tenants are NOT given 24 hours notice (if any notice is given at all) before they enter your apartment. I have seen management enter apartments and then completely lie later that they were not in there.

The pool is filthy, as is the exercise equipment.

The clubhouse used to be rented for free (with a small deposit), then without any notice whatsoever they made it $100 to rent. This money is not refundable. This was one of the main reasons I chose to rent here despite some doubts I had. I had planned on entertaining family members at the clubhouse. If only I'd listened to the warning bells going off in my head...

Carports and garages are similarly over-priced, therefore no one rents them. Cobblestone would certainly have higher profits on them if they'd only lower the price. I'd say that less than half are ever rented.

Just as a previous review stated, "specials" or "discounts" are quoted and then not followed through on.

Beware that there is no pest control done on their part or their dime.

I am surprised that the complex is able to get insurance on the property as they are violating quite a few major requirements in order to receive commercial property insurance.

No one (shamelessly, including myself) wants to complain too much to management about any of the on going problems because the rumor is that if you start trouble, management will find a way to get you to leave.

I am sorry to say that I am stuck here for a year and I am ashamed to have friends and family members come to my home. It's no wonder I do not spend a great deal of time in my own home.
