This place is absolutely the worst managed apartment I have ever lived in. I have lived in some pretty cruddy places but this place is by far the most incompetent staff I have ever dealt with. Yes, they are nice when you meet them but after you sign away on the dotted line then forget about them ever knowing you. Needless to say I am not a hard person to please as long as the BARE minimum is met but this place is horrible. Cigarette burns in "NEW" carpet. Please... Oh and talk about bait and switch. Yeah imagine being told you get one apartment (And they promised mind you) and suddenly BAM! Was I asleep on the day they told me I would get the apartment that was across the street'! If you notice in their offices they have all these "awards" to their employees. Usually companies that do this type of public award showing are companies that NEED to do this because their product (apartment) does not stand up on its own without some type of phony employee recognition and awards which are awarded by the parent company Conner and Murphy. And why not award all your companies since it will help the bottom line. Bottom line. They don't care about you. I totally agree with the previous poster and their comments. The poster two posted the good comments is obviously an employee like it was stated by someone earlier. If you like the apartment layout then try the apartments next to Cobblestone. Same layout and better service. Yes it cost more but sometimes service is worth a lot more especially when you get your deposit back. Which I found out through many others that this is a common practice at Connor and Murphy. Buyer BEWARE!
