Cobblestone Grove

The worst place I have ever lived! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I moved in about 8 months ago and so far have had at a minimum of 25 dealings with maintenance issues in our apartment. The maintenance people are completely incompetent at even replacing a light bulb, much less properly fixing real problems. Most of our requests were never met until about a month later, and even then, the minimum was done. And, if you do have a maintenance request, be prepared to spend half an hour cleaning up the messes they leave for you when they are done. The management is horrible. They will look you in the eye and lie right to your face just to get you out of their hair. And, if you do complain enough to get their attention, they will turn it around on you to make you sound like the bad guy for, god forbid, requesting that your apartment is made more livable! I think they have started to train the rest of their staff to lie just as well as management does because I am starting to hear the same song and dance from every person from the manager down. In all of the years that I have rented, this is by far the worst ever. I suggest that if you are considering renting here you might as well just tear up $600 dollars and flush it down the toilet because that is the equivilent to paying the rent here, or frmo what I understand, at any Connor & Murphy property. Dont expect to see one cent of your money spent to make your living situation better. I guess they are spending it all on updating the workout equipment or the pool - oh wait, those are crap too so the moneys not going there! You can be sure that I will be moving out as soon as possible and I recommend that no one ever move into these shoddy, poorly run apartments. Unless of course you enjoy living in a place that is moldy, dirty, where everything breaks and will never be fixed, and where people lie to you and yell at you for speaking your mind about your living situation, then I guess Cobblestone is the place for you!
