Everything I have been reading is true and half of the issues have happened to me. During the recent snow fall we were advised there was nothing the management could do about removing the snow; however, they do have a snow blower/shovel we could use. It took from the snow fall on thursday until mid-afternoon for the driveway to be cleaned, leaving tenants trapped with no way to get out. Maintenance, I have asked to have a light fixed in the hall way since Halloween, it is still not repaired. Don't be fooled they will tell you your water bill will be less than $20. After speaking to a neighbor I found out their water bill for 2 people was about $24-$25 so why is my water bill averaging $58, I don't even have a washer that I use and there is only 1 person in my apartment.
Don't be fooled....they "all" speak out the side of their faces. They will tell you everything you want to hear and never follow through with anything. If you don't get any promises in writing you have hung yourself out to dry. Please do not rent here, you are wasting your money. There are plenty of other places that are much better managed than Cobblestone Grove.
If you do rent here......buy Excedrin, you will have a constant headache.
