New Management, that does not change the mentaility of the staff that is on the premises. They still talk the talk but sure do not know how to walk the walk. I have read a few of these reviews already and what they claim is true, I have had the same BAD experiences. If you decide to rent her....get it in writing about the health and safety codes, that it is the responsibility of the landlord to remove the snow and ice after the snow fall has ended. A buddy of mine had to dig me out this year and our neighbors, 30 year old Son was told there was a snow blower and salt in the shed he was welcome to use b/c they had not contracted anyone nor the staff to remove the snow. Check out the "Ombudsman" online Tenants have more rights than the landlord believe it or not. If they ask to inspect your apt to make any repairs, get that in writing also, they have to give you a copy; otherwise they will never do it. The ceiling in the bathroom shower was peeling terribly, they noted but never fixed. The frig was not keeping the food cold. 1 day I came home and the food had thawed out....was told a NEW frig was on order....1 week later....we will send someone up to fix...1 more week later, we never told you that we were ordering a new Frig for you' Hello'''' Get everything you ask for in writing. If you drop a small piece of paper in the hall way it wil be there for at least 3 weeks later. I did to see if they were cleaning as they say they do every week......4 1/2 weeks went by same piece of paper big enough to be swept up, seen or picked up never was. The laundry facility....never gets cleaned. Someone dumped their trash in there....it was there for 6 FULL weeks, talk about odor. Look into another place....they have changed management so many times and it never really has been better. I have lived here for 4 years and there has been 5 management companies and tons of employees come and go no one is ever here more than 6 months. I am moving out at the end of this lease which is in May...I cannot wait. 1 more thing, in the summer you can be outside and the grass is over you ankles they only have the movers over about 1-2 times a month, with the grass growing so fast you need to move about every 7 days not every 14 days. Starts to look like a jungle around there all summer long.
