Let me tell you from experience........Don't waste your hard earned money here. The staff are nice and pleasant.....but aren't most car sales people' They are not so quick to jump to fix any problems. For instance. Try having your refrigerator bascially quit working on you....run to the store and get ice to pack your food in the cooler. 3 days later you can finally unpack your frozen food from the cooler....hoping the frig is fixed....... so you think! It broke again 2 days later....this time I was at work so who knows how long the food sat but it was long enough for the meat to have pretty much completely thawed out. Try being told the staff will take a look at it again. They arrived the next day while I was at work....mind you I am stuck with thawed food I don't want to refreeze especially the meat. I was told they had ordered a new frig.....never got one....thank goodness the frig worked from then on. Besides the fact that the frig would sweat even with the temp turned up as cold as it would go to keep the food cold. Nothing like luke warm milk. They were not helpful.
Wait until it snows......BEWARE.....they are not real quick to clean the stairs, sidewalks or driveways. Be prepared to get snowed in! It has happened more times than I can count. Know your rights and the rights of the Complex. Contact the city they will mail you info. 4 hours after the end of the snow fall....all stairs, sidewalks and driveways MUST be cleared by the Complex not YOU! (health & safetly code violations if they are not cleared). They do not clear the snow so be prepared to shovel yourself out if we get hit with snow.
DOn't waste your money there are plenty of nice places in Fairfield you can rent for a better price and a bigger space. May not be the complex living you are looking for but Cobblestone will not take care of you after you sign that lease! BEWARE PLEASE!!!!
