Maintenance Staff......they have them here' Good luck trying to get a parking spot during the evening hours around 8-10pm. They will tell you that you pay water and it will run about $15-$20 a month. Get that is writing, plus when you see your bill an "outsourcing company" persay charges you $5 on each bill....not a late fee just a charge. Plus I am 1 person with no washer or dryer in the apt. This last month's bill was $47.69. For what' I don't take but a 5-6 minute shower and run the dishwasher about 1 time a week.......This is crazy. Talk to my neighbors..they have a child...their bill was $24.59.....and they have a washer but no dryer...how is that'''' Whatever they say.....get it al in writing and don't sign a thing until they sign it first. Try asking to have your filter changed........good luck. Just trying to cut the heat bill down but it took them 8 days to bring me a filter. I went an bought my own at walmart before they got there. Don't live here.....I am moving out at the end of the lease and making sure they do a walk thru with me to prove the place will be left spotless and get them to sign off on the move out check also
