The apartments are nice enough, small but livable. The environment is quiet loud, there is never enough parking, and the maintenance could be much better. I have had to have my faucets replaced twice because they use the cheapest hardware they can find. They redid the roofs and it took them a month just to complete my building because they only worked one day a week - so that one day you might as well forget being able to sleep or concentrate. The hallways are always dirty with trash and food laying on the floor for weeks at a time. And the management is not helpful in many situations. I would not recommend renting here - there are better places for the money.
