I have only been here several months - when I moved in, I had a list an entire page long of things wrong with the place. Some are still not fixed. Oh, and this was too funny, I had a card left on the counter stating that the place got a "white glove" cleaning before moving in. Well, there was grime all over the stove and in the washer - the tubs were a horrible, slimy mess - the intercom for the building, well, it's never worked so no - it's not secure! Maintenance is a joke and office staff is unprofessional. I will be out the minute my lease expires!

May I ask why you moved into a place if things were as bad as you are claiming? Do yourself a favor, get out, take legal action! Why would you stay in a place that is so bad? You have rights too? Take a personal inventory, you may be the problem. Ask the Lord for guidance.

#1 - This person "thumbs" needs to stop judging. If you are a Christian, shut up , mind your own business and Let God worry about those in need. It ain't your job. You sound like a personal friend of the staff. #2 - I totally sympathize with this assesment. But saying anything gets you one response - "You have a signed lease" and then the door slams. You can't just leave without legal repercussions.

Thumbs you ain't worth judging people. may the good lord lead your life judging for supporting this mngt. are you good friend of Thelma :-) sounds like that. How much is she paying for writing this trash.
