I would recommend this community to anyone now, but 5 months ago, I wouldn't have recommended my worst enemy. They got a new manager and she is really on top of things. I recently noticed that the hallways in my building are now clean all of the time, the parking lot and grassy areas no longer have garbage and trash laying around. Recently, I had a repair done to my dishwasher and actually received a call the next day from the new manager wanting to know if I was satisfied with the tech. Before, I didn't even waste my time calling in a request because they never came, nor called me back. I am much happier here and I thank whomever for the positive change.
