I used to like living here. Things were fixed on time. The situation now has gotten really bad. The office staff is not very nice. They are also not helpful in the least. I continue to pay my rent on time while my simple requests are not met. The pool still looks bad even though we were told that it would be fixed for this summer. This frustration is the general consensus of my building. Most buildings have not had intercom service for over three months which means that we have to walk downstairs to open the door. The lighting in the halls of my building has not been working for a lengthy period of time and nothing is being done. I continue to be frustrated with the complex and office staff.
