First off i would like to say that the over all look of the apartments are nice, however they are over priced and the saying you get what you pay for does not hold true with these apartments. its not just the cost that has put me in such a mood that i feel the need to bash this place, but rather the people who work at cobblestone grove. The mngt. has no respect for the people living in there buildings, they feel the need to speak to you with this "i could care less" tone, unless that is if you're handing them a check that is on time and with a smile. if you need anything done to your apartment for example your AC in the summer when its like 85 out needs to be fixed because it never worked in the first place, yeah that won't happen for weeks.
so if you choose to pick cobblestone grove for your next apartment just remember that you will be treated like s#!* / dirt and that nothing will ever get done.
PS
and if you keep calling them about your problems they will try anything to make you break your contract with them.
including fee's for things you didn't do and/or thats the reason there's a deposit, and just plane out telling you that you are a bad person and have no reason to live the way you do.
now lets see, who's call is that, its your life, live it the way you want to, and not how some apartment NAZI thinks you should.
i hate living here and need to get out asap. and as soon as this year is over i'm out and hope never to have to deal with such a mess again in my life.
