I have rented for over 7 years now and have been a resident at Cobblestone for 1 year. For 6 years my record has been impecable and spotless; I have never been late with rent and have never bounced a rent check. Yet since I have been living at Cobblestone they have lost my rent check and threatened me with eviction because they said that I didn't pay my rent. Then they said that I underpaid rent by $20 when I had in fact overwrote my check by $50. Then they threatened to have my roommate's car towed for parking in her own assigned car port. Then they gave us a notice that we were delinquent in paying $17.50 for an unexplained charge when our rent has been payed correctly, in full, and on time. All of these "mistakes" have been made by one person in the management office and yet it is my record and that of my roommate's that have been sullied. I've had enough. Who can I complain to' There must be someone I can lodge a formal complaint with.

YOU CAN FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE REALTY COMPANY WHICH IS THE CONNOR GROUP. THEIR NUMBER IS 1-800-434-3095, I'M ALMOST SURE THAT THE SAME MANAGER THAT MADE ALL THE "MISTAKES" IS THE SAME MANAGER THAT HAS BENN GIVEN ME PROBLEMS.

The Manager doesn't make mistakes. Mistakes are made by people that try to do the right thing but make mistakes. The Manager, she's a black woman, not sure of her name, doesn't make mistakes. She's got a problem with being at work (she's never there), and she couldn't care less about what anyone else thinks. Oh, and she appears to have her boss completely snowed. Who would put up with a manager that was incompetent unless there was something else going on? Call the Connor Group, but good luck with getting relief because if the Manager's boss doesn't care either, then where are you?

Management is right. The manager is disgusting, in every way. I cannot get a phone call through to her, she's never in the office, and she doesn't seem to care that no one wants to deal with her. Do her supervisors even care that her residents cannot stomach "dealing" with her absent ways. OH, and when I do manage to get her on the phone, she could care less about my, or any resident's concerns. I'm moving soon, that much I can tell you..........

The Connor Group? Ha? They also manage where I live Timber Hollow Apts. Don't go there either. HMMMM. Who can you go to file a complaint about the Management's Management? They all suck. Money Grubbers. Must be jewish.

I'm the one who wrote the original review. One of the responders is correct. The color of the manager has nothing to do with her mismanagement. Let's not stereotype and keep focused on the real issue. Who cares about color. She is simply a bad manager and I'm starting to see that Conner Group isn't much better. I don't recommend anything that they own. I moved out of Cobblestone and will not return nor recommend anyone as long as current management is there.

I think the color thing was more descriptive than racial. I think since there WAS 2 white girls and a black one that may be why it was said. Not sure tho? May be wrong.
