Beware of this complex. The management will sweet talk you and act like your best friend to get you to move in but once you sign that lease and they know you are not going anywhere they could care less when there is a problem. There is never any place to park near your build which would be easy to fix if the management would take the inititive to assign parking and make guests park away from the building, but that would take work on their part so it doesnt happen. I would not go near that tiny filthy pool all summer. The tanning bed (yes I said bed, there is only one) they love to brag about never has cleaning materials in the room so unless you want a disease I wouldnt recommend you use it. I live on the first floor and every time it rains I get rolly-polly bugs in my dining room. The Oaks are right next door and it seems like a world of difference with the same floor plans. Go there!

I agree, I have live here for about a year and that managment is truly horrible. The Oak may just be my new home next year.

Stay clear of any Connor Group apartments--apparently after reading a bunch of ratings-it is apparent that these apartments are crap.
