WARNING>>>BEWARE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/30/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I lived here for one year. It was by far the worst year ever. There were two shootings in the short time. Cars were broken into all the time. Drug dealers find the unlit parking lots a great place to conduct business. If you don't have pets don't worry because you will have much company with all of the bugs! Windows are old and utility bills subsequently very high. You'll be lucky if you can even see out the windows with the window paines that are fogged up. Hallways were cleaned about 2 times in the year I lived here. I once had to call the police because of the loitering and drug dealing in the hallways. Maintenance was very incompetent and never could fix anything so I gave up calling. Emergency maintenance is a joke...if your heat or a/c goes out consider yourself out of luck until the office opens, and then you're at the mercy of the office staff to answer the phone. Customer service here is a joke, not to mention luxury apartments! And beware of the utilities...you are billed based on the size of the apartment, not the usage or number of residents. Plus Connor group has to get extra money with a 15 connect and cancel fee and billing and admin fees of almost 10 dollars a month. To my knowledge it is illegal in the state of Ohio to bill for utilities unless you are a utility company, as well as charging billing fees. This place is a joke! And within 4 months of lease renewal they will harrass you to death to renew, never offering in writing what the rent will be. Every day it was a different amount, and then they claim not to have received a move out notice. Be wary before moving here. I suggest you check another apartment community like the Oaks!
