I didn't have any time to review any ratings due to a job relocation and moved in because everything seemed fine and place looked nice. NOT AT ALL. I haven't even lived here a week and my fridge, stove, and air conditioning are broke. I was told the place would be cleaned before I moved in... NOT AT ALL WAS IT CLEANED. VERY VERY VERY Dirty... mold found later... just out right gross. I am in the process of trying to get all of my money back and get the hell out of there. It is very fustrating especially because I just graduated and this week is when I started my new job. DO NOT RENT HERE.. IT BLOWS.. Also, they lie about offers online and then give you -------- reasoning... hard to fight it because they won't give you anything that backs them up so you can't prove anything in court. Laundry has been broke for a month now.. was broke when I saw the apartment and still broke when I just moved in a week ago.

I am a current resident and I agree to the above review 100%. To the frustrated person - Send an email to the head office Connor Group at Dayton. If a good number of people send emails to them, may be they can fire the manager and good things can start happening here..

Good luck with sending an email and having someone from the head office conntacting you. Go ahead, they want you to call your complaint in. That is what I did and what happens is someone from the complex you live in will contact you. When I did it, Tiffany called me to confirm on the complaints and appologize. I got many of the things fixed but I am still waiting on a few things. I refuse to talk to Thelma, nothing gets done through her, Tiffany at least is nice and will help out. She should take over the position! A toddler could do a better job than Thelma!
