This is the worst place i've ever rented from. There were problems from the first day after i put down my deposit. First off, you have to put your deposit down the day you look at the place to get their "deal" which is at Least $100 more than what they advertise at apartmentguide.com. Then i didn't recieve a call to confirm that i had the apartment until a 12 days and 10 phone messages later. Once i got the confirmation they tried to raise my rent and pet deposit by $50. Also, of the $299 "deposit" I put down $199 of it goes to "administration fees" I'm not even sure if that's legal. Then came the move in. I was scheduled to move in on 05/15/2008 and found out on 05/09/2008 there was still a tennant who was living in my apartment that wouldn't be out until 05/28/2008. So I finally got moved into this dump just to find at least 100 or more bugs living under the not replaced carpet. After three calls to get them out of there i decided to do it myself because they never replied to my messages. I'm now in month two and recieved a late fee of $75 because I paid my rent on the third and, unlike every other apartment I've stayed in since 2000 there is no 5 day grace period, which i asked about when i first looked at the place and was lied to and told there was a grace period. Oh, and i almost forgot about the "water" bill. They combine the cost of water, shared electric, and sewage of the whole building and divide it by the tennants. So if your neighbor decides to fill up a kiddie pool on a daily basis your bill increases. WORST PLACE EVER, TRYING TO GET OUT OF MY LEASE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Somehow try to get out of there. We did and they messed up so bad they had to pay us back the administrative fee PLUS interest. I dont think that fee is entirely legal. You need to call Wendy Officer with the Connor Group - they are in charge of Cobblestone Grove.
