Our front door to our building was broken for at least 6 months. They finally put a new door up, but it is not a secure entrance. You can just turn the knob and come in. The inside doors need to be fixed as they don't shut and painted. There is a hole in the wall in the hallway where someone must have slammed the door hard into the wall. It is filled with garbage. A door to a apartment has never had a door handle to it. Anybody could just go in and live there and no one would be the wiser. The carpets when I moved in where messed up in the hallway. I didn't get to see apartment before signing the lease b/c they were cleaning the apartment and the carpets. Which I don't see how they cleaned the carpets b/c one bedroom has a big red stain on the floor still. The insulation in the apartments is another story. You can feel the cold air coming through the electric plugs, also the windows. I have to run the heat all day and night. The office staff is rude. The maintenance guys fixed something and really didn't fix it they rigged it. The pool the past summer was always dirty. They cleaned it maybe once a week, maybe every other week. The bathrooms by the pool had human feces on the doors, toilets, walls, and sink. When half way decent there was no toilet paper. I am looking for a new place to live. Will not renew my lease here. I have lived in plenty of apartments and this is by far the worst one ever. Neighbors have had bed bugs. Upstairs leaked into my apartment and I have water stains on wall and ceiling. They never repainted. DO NOT RENT HERE!!

This place is a complete joke ..First off there has been 5 diff management in the last year..The one now is horrible she is rude and I have never been late on any bills I went down for a rent reciept they dont have rent reciept here the hall always stinks horrible.. My bathroom floor was messed up the matinace guy comes up what a creepy guy he needs sued for sexual harrasment thats all Ill say he put a ton of glue under stick on tile and it was self adhesive tile and he put crpet glue in gobs it was all over and he was suppose to come get it all up I had glue everywere for weeks I keep scraping it still comes up ... The window was messed up from the time we got here still not fixed leaking water when rains u can feel a breeze the man cant fix it and they said put plastic over it huh !!! my faucet has leaked the whole time so does the airconditioning unit .. The back door the knob is tore off to the building .. My GPS was stolen my car door was unlocked 10 min.. Yes anyone can live here its the slums with a pool and stuff the tanning bed lights been out since I got here tread mill has been aswell .. My kids got hollered at by an adult lady telling her daughter who is at home by herself all the time beat my 9 year old christain daughter up called them names what a mother .. No action tooken in that my daughter were crying along with a few other children.. I feed a took care of this little girl never meet her mom till all of that..I DONT THINK YOU NEED A GREEN CARD TO LIVE HERE EITHER ... The pool was very nasty for sure this place is a dump dump .. I wouldnt recomend it to anyone and I will not renew my lease even if they lowered the rent the asked me to renew it but they were raising rent $50 after all this nothing fixed at all nothing.. I have been so unhappy here ..I dont feel safe my kids arent safe ..
