I've lived here for a while now and have no intentions to renew my lease. I could write a book on how horrible they are. Firt of all, I will never rent anything that is owned by The Connor Group! They hire only white trash, uneducated people to manage their properties. IT is too expensive, and they up your rent each year by arounf $50! The clubhouse just got broken into, so that may say something about the neighborhood. Maintnance doeasn't know what they are doing, and instead of fixing, they mess up even more!!! Guy named Roy hits on every girl (which makes me think why hasn't he been fired yet!)
I could go on about the horrible appliances, ammenities that are never available, bed bugs, people that are allowed to live here, etc. Oh, did I mention that I can hear my neighbors upstairs usuing their restrooms, running all the appliances, having sex, eyc!!!!

We must not live at the same complex or you just like to complain! The maintance guys are great here and dude you live in an apartment your going to hear noise from your neighbors..duh! maybe you should just buy a house if you want that much quiet, you have lived here from 2006-2009 it must not be that bad cause I wouldn't stay somewhere that long if I was unhappy like you!

This is a horrible communtiy to live in, run by a group of liers! I agree about how easy it would be to write a book about how unprofessional the entire group acts. No locks on back doors and a buzzer to let you in the front, what a joke! Well, the buzzer doesn't work. Bugs, mold, trash, dog piss smells, wires laying all around the building, no screens on the windows, broken cabinets, carpet that looks like a puzzle from all the replacements, and the list goes on and on. Do not live here and save yourself the disappointment!!! And LIES!!!

Whoever posted the response on 7/22 doesn't live in the complex. Again, one more lie form the management. It is obviuous someone from the leasing office posted that. Just because their inteligence is a little limited, they think everyone elses is too. lol From 2006 till 2008 there was a different management at Cobblestone Grove, and this is why I still lived there, duh! They at least had some people skills! Now I moved and am happy as could be!

I recently moved into Cobblestone Grove and am moving out. Regardless of what it costs. This place is horrible. Maintenance doesn't know their a__ from a hole in the ground. It is DISGUSTING. Luxury Apartments - WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!

Connor Group sucks!! I live in Villages of Wildwood (who is also owned by Connor group) and I have the same problems with my apartment complex as far as rude management staff, maintance issues, and conartists!

I disagree with the employees being white trash. The office staff is finally decent. As for increasing rent each year, they sure do. I think a $50 increase each year is a little on the high side. If they want to keep tennants they need to avoid increasing their rent. Maintenance has always fixed everything for me without fail. As for being flirty, Roy can be but not inappropriate. I don't think he is anyone to worry about or be fired. Maintenance is two young guys, what do you expect. I agree about the appliances, they are outdated. Thankfully, I don't have a couple below or above me so I dont hear anything. The most I hear is my neighbor starting her shower and that is only if I am in my bathroom right below hers.

Connor Group is horrible, I agree and I'll never live anywhere they manage again! I've lived in Wildwood Apts. since March 2009 and they are all liars! The late fee is $100. if you pay it on the 2nd of the month!...I don't know any other company in the entire world who don't give you a grace period, not even credit card companies! It's an additional $75.late fee after the 5th of the month! Ridiculous! Plus we have to pay for the "common electric" and "common water", oh and also "common pest control"! That means that we don't just pay for the water and electric we use in our own apt. we also get billed for the street lights,etc. and the water the community uses to water the grass,fill the pools, etc.! Pest control is $5.99/month even if you've never had a service call in your untit b/c you pay for your neighbors too! The bill comes from a company the connor group own called "Heartland Regional Power Co." not from the city of Fairfield Utilities which is totally sketchy and probably not even LEGAL! They don't tell you any of this until you come to move in with your truck to sign the lease either! The appliances are ANCIENT and don't work and they will not replace them unless it's with another one of the same age and just as bad! They've had problems with bed bugs too. But THE WORST part about living here is definately the office staff!!! They are the RUDEST MOST STUCK-UP UNPROFESSIONAL group of people I have ever seen under one roof! I mean they treat you like complete scum under their feet! The meanest people I've ever had to deal with. And don't even think about going to the Pub here b/c those girld are actually WORSE! I was embarassed to take friends there and will never go there again. They stand behind the bar and talk to their boyfriends and act like you're putting them off to even get you a drink! The biggest reason I moved in here was b/c I have a big dog but the pet rent is $50./mo. and that's way more than other places I've learned. I can't wait to move from here! I'm literally counting the days!
