Parking is adequate. I have never not had a spot to park in near my apartment.

Noise isn't too bad. I just have a rude lady above me that thinks nothing is wrong with blasting music until four in the morning. Besides the music I can't hear too much. The guy that lives across from me has his television up very loud. I can hear it in the hallway but not once I am inside my apartment.

The complex itself is clean and tidy. The pool is clean most of the time... there are some days it could be cleaner.

When I moved in a little less than a year ago the tennants were pretty rough and trashy. However, The Connor Group has actually hired a decent manager (Angela) who is slowly weeding all the rift raft out of the complex. I now finally feel fairly safe living at Cobblestone.

Maintenance is two young guys and they are pretty good. Besides the air conditioning I have never had to have them fix anything twice nor have they gotten upset with having to come fix things. Now if you constantly call about stupid things all the time they may. When things do need fixed expect to wait a few days unless it is an emergency problem. My main issue is never knowing when they are going to come.

In the past there have been lots of duds in the office but currently the staff is great. Hopefully the staff will remain constant for a while. Since I have moved in there have been three different managers and I have no idea how many leasing agents. However, I am confident the office employees now are here for a while.

Overall Cobblestone really isn't that bad. Are there better places to live, of course but for a cost. The apartments are a little small for the price but again not too bad.
