Quiet and safe

The apartment was clean and has a view of trees. So quiet that I think I live out of town. Maintenance has a mixed record: some things fixed right away (toilet,dishwasher), some requiring numerous visits (water heater). Office staff not exactly stellar and rent MUST be in by 1st of month. Fitness center is small but open late. Free tanning bed. Parking feels safe even late at night. Some car-break-ins but I have never felt uncomfortable.

SAFE? Do you live in a bubble? There were 7 car breaks in-s in september alone, that doesnt make me feel very safe! Not to mention you cant work out in the fitness center without getting harrased by groups of hispanic people.
