IT SUCKS BIG TIME!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002

I signed my lease almost 4 yrs ago and every year my rent has gone up. Well at least not this year because now we all have to PAY WATER AND SEWAGE!

On top of this...my ceiling has a waterstain that I have contacted the office about 3 TIMES! When you enter my apartment building the carpet is disgusting...all sorts of spills and the smell is horrible at times.

The hallways sounds like a kennel because of all of the pets around me. You can even hear when someone is urinating upstairs...and that is with being in another room.

This place still has archaic air conditioning that kicks out warm air on 80/90 degree days. Also...there has been mildew growing on the ceiling of my bathroom in which I have contacted the office twice about...the drywall has deteriorated by the moisture that a hole is now there...when they finally came to fix it...my inquiry on mold on the inside of the wall (which can be permanently harmful...even fatal) was disregarded as they just taped up the wall and painted over it. Oh let me not forget to mention the SILVERFISH that are about the length of your pinky

You can ever hardly get a parking space...if you do...it is two building down...which isn't safe at night. They only put one pair of washers and dryers for an entire building composed of 12 apts...and they have recently increased the washing rate.

I was foolish to even think about wanted to change to a bigger apt in the same complex...which would be more money for them...but noooooo...they wanted to charge me a $400 transfer fee on top of that...RIDICULOUS.

I am sure that everyone that lives around me pays less than I do in rent. The long term residents are never given a monetary break of any sort for being long standing customers...they give all the savings to new tenants and increase the rent of those that are resigning...EVEN MORE RIDICULOUS.

I have in the past sent a letter to corporate regarding a majority of these issues. This complex has recently been purchased. I hope there is an improvement...but I hope even more so that I will be in another apartment complex by the time it does happen.

THIS PLACE SUCKS BIG TIME!!!!!!!!! ANYONE REVIEWING THIS...I WOULD URGE YOU TO RECONSIDER THIS COMPLEX!
