I've read some of the other reviews for Fairfield Pointe, and I just smile and nod. Most everything I've read is true.

I live on the second floor and can hear the downstairs neighbor's dogs and computer all the time. They insisted on tying the dogs out under my patio for over 6 months before management would do anything. This has killed the grass completely not to mention the smell.

The upstairs neighbors have sex all the time, which they've finally curved since my beating the ceiling with my broom.

I agree with the water being scalding hot. Beware when in the shower.

I've had people jump up on my balcony 3 times that I know of, and either steal things or try to pry open my patio door. When I informed management, they told me to call the police if someone broke in. Duh!

I am also frustrated with the amount of rent I pay. I see all the signs for the newcomers with reduced rent. Nothing is done to keep the current residents.

My car has been hit twice within the last 3 months while in their parking lot. Once by an uninsured driver, and once as a hit-and-run overnight while it was parked. This was my last straw and is why I am moving out soon.

With Fairfield Pointe as owners, it will now be month to month rent, which brings in a lot of riff raff. The people that live in the building across the street tend to sit out on their tailgates and drink beer most nights. I don't feel safe walking from car to apartment, and feel I'm being watched to see where I live.

The carpet had burns in it when I moved in and I also agree with the excessive amount of paint used to cover the walls.

My front door has huge gaps all around it so I know I lose heat/ac all the time.

There are carpenter bees that live in the patio wood. I've been here 4 years and no one's done anything to get rid of them. I'll have piles of wood dust on my patio table from them eating the boards above.
