Frustrated Renter

I just recently moved into the area and was looking for a nice, clean place to lived. Upon visiting other apartment complexes, Fairfield Pointe seemed to be the best for price and quality. On my first day through my new apartment I took the apartment checklist and submitted it for my doctoral thesis. I found incomplete paint job, a toilet in which maintenance must have used and inadvertantly forgot to flush, filthy blinds and windows....great start. As the days go by, I've found the floors to be extremely loud, thank God I am on the thrid floor. I hear everything my neighbors do and say....not to mention the routine song and dance my ------ neighbors perform everynight just as my sleepy head hits the pillow. I will be getting married next summer and will find a new place to live, but for the time I am lokced into a one year lease. Do yourself a favor and just stay out of Fairfield entirely...Declining considerably. West Chester is nice.
