This apartment complex was great until it was bought out by Fath Properties and renamed "Fairfield Pointe." When Fath took over, they installed several additional speedbumps around the complex. The new speedbumbs are very narrow and high: a danger when I ride my motorcycle and give my car a big jolt at 5mph. Might as well be jumping curbs. Also, Fairfield Pointe recently decided to make it harder for residents to take out their trash. For a HUGE apartment complex (that used to be 4 separate complexes, and over 9 acres of land) there are now only 2 trash dumps, one at each entrance. I have to load my trash IN MY CAR to get it to the dumps. Before the new dumps, I had one less than 30 yards from my doors.
The staff is less than helpful. The manager out-right lied to my girlfriend about a potential interview to work at the complex. When the new company moved in, they changed the whole leasing staff and filled the positions with ruder, and less competant agents who have repeatedly lost my rent payments. They have inappropriately charged me late fees.
Residents park wherever they choose, ignoring the vast amounts of parking available. The leasing staff has consistently failed to remedy this despite several complaints and letters to the office and Fath Properties Coperate Center.
Recently, the leasing office has enjoyed sending out threats of lease violations for every small detail imaginable. for example, you could get a lease violation for letting your children leave toys or bikes on your porch.
I could not in clear conscious reccommend this complex to anyone (despite the $300 from Fairfield Pointe I would get for making a referal). P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
