Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
i lived here from 2001 to 2002, in that time my a/c broke down 3 times. the final time, I moved out of my apt. as it was 100 degrees inside. it took the managment the whole month of July to fix my air conditioner. I held my rent check while i waited for the a/c to be fixed. Included was my notice of leaving the apartment. When I returned, my rent was one day late (the 2nd of the month). I was told it was not considered late payment. I informed them of my notice and that it was with my rent. Two weeks later I was charged over $200 for not giving notice in time. It then went up to $500 after I moved out! Also was $225 from a water bill (which I did sign a lease to pay) yet never recieved a bill on for an entire year! They expected me to pay for a bill that I had no records of!!! After moving out, I fought with a bill collector for 5 months regarding this issue. The manager of the property was a complete liar and unhelpful. When I contacted the past manager, Village Park, as it initiated with their incompetence, they claimed no responsibility.
Fairfield Pointe spent all their time with attractive women (and they were very attractive) working in the office to attract new renters. Yet, these specific women were and are complete idiots with no professionalism or intelligence at all!!!
I am glad to be out of there. Never move into that sh#t hole!!!
