Ignore The "Great Property" Review Below

Can you say, "bimbo who works here"' Sure you can...

Read that review. Notice the multitude of grammatical errors and the ridiculously excited, over-exuberant tone of the whole thing. Anyone who lives here can tell you: that is an office employee at Fairfield Pointe.

That should give you some idea of the caliber of this place - an employee comes to this web site and tries to "turn the tide" of bad reviews this complex has received. (Most of which are true, by the way.)

Let's look at that review:

>I?ve lived at Fairfield Pointe for almost two years now and it has really cahnged. When I say changed, I mean for the better!<
i.e. - I'm an employee of Fath Management who can't spell particularly well.

>If you are looking for a large apartment for an affordable price, then Fairfield Pointe is the place to live.<
i.e. - I'm not very good with prepositions, but if you don't mind NOT having central heat and air; if you don't mind paying a water bill based on what someone thinks you should pay rather than what you actually use; if you don't mind having little or no RELIABLE maintenace; if you don't mind your landlord deciding whether your car is fit to park on the premises; if you don't mind dealing with a staff who collectively have the IQ of an amoeba - then you just might be happy here. (Note to Fairfield Pointe staff: see Websters for "amoeba".) (Addendum: "Websters" is a dictionary.)

>The office staff is very friendly also.<
i.e. - The staff here is very friendly. Yes sir! So friendly, in fact, that they just overflow with joy whenever they speak to you... even when telling you something you REALLY don't want to hear. Usually, you want to smack the $%@# out of them for being so sugary-sweet and childishly excited. They take being happy and positive to a whole new level: it's called "absurdity".

>The new management company who now owns Fairfield Pointe have really cleaned the place up!<
i.e. - I'm not very good at matching my nouns and verbs, but... they've cleaned up along the driveways (not the apartments) leading into the complex, around the tennis courts (not the hallways and laundry rooms), and around the clubhouses (not the storage rooms). They've cleaned up only those areas that they themselves (staff) have to deal with on a daily basis, which just happen to be the ones that potential residents see when coming to the clubhouse. Gee, what a coincidence...

>There are lots of amenities like the two pools and the huge clubhouse, so it doesn?t just feel like you?re living in an apartment.<
i.e. - Golly gee, it's just so wonderful to wake up every morning in a Fairfield Pointe apartment! Why, the air is fresher and cleaner, the leaves are brighter, and the birds sing more beautifully here at Fairfield Pointe! Why, it feels like I'm living in Heavan! No, really... the amenities here include speed bumps that will destroy your suspension unless you just crawl over them. Also included is some of the worst water drainage you're likely to run across. This means you can fall on the resulting ice every winter on several parking lots and driveways. You might also slide your car right out onto Route 4 from Albemarle Drive. Two new trash compactors - complete with fresh landscaping - make that long trip to throw out the trash worth it. Yes, putting your trash in your car and taking that quarter mile trip is so much nicer than having to walk 30 feet to some old dumpster. Etc, etc, etc...

>I would recommend any person to live here because for the last two years the place just keeps getting better and better!!!<
i.e. - Again, I'm not very good at using proper English, but hey... "We're having a great day here at Fairfield Pointe! How may I help you'"

Sheesh!
