Nothing is what it appears to be

First of all, if you move in...get the top floor. Then you won?t have to worry about hearing the neighbors above you walk across the floor and feel like they?ll fall in on top of you any minute. The floors creek REALLY bad!!
Maintenance is worthless. Unless you?re ceiling is leaking or you have a SERIOUS problem, you?re better off fixing it yourself. They say they?ll be back to fix something and never return, regardless of the number of calls to the office.
They took out the dumpsters and put in trash compactors. They bragged about how good this would be for everyone. However, they seem to only run it once a month. The tenants are not allowed to run it, only maintenance. So, when it gets full, everyone piles up garbage in front of the door. You?d think they?d get the hint by now.
The layout and size of the apartments for the 2 bedroom is larger than most apartment complexes. But, I?d take a quiet, smaller apartment over my large, noisy one any day! *thumbs down*
