Happy New Year!!

If you don't already live here - do yourself a big favor, and DON'T move here.

The office staff are the nicest, sweetest, friendliest bunch of COMPLETE IDIOTS that you'll ever meet. Maintenance has gone downhill from what it once was, so you're better off fixing things yourself. If you're not on the top floor, the noise is even WORSE than it otherwise is. The water bills are not based on your usage - they're just rent in disguise. It's a nice LONG walk to the trash compactors, which aren't run often enough to boot. According to one sign, the community is now "under surveillance". (I think I've located the hardware.) The staff cruises the parking lots looking for cars that they don't like - these are given notices that they'll be towed away.

And on, and on, and on...

Bottom line: Have a happy new year! (Don't move to Fairfieled Pointe.)
