What I can I say' Plumbing backups and flooding were a constant. Mold is growing freely. We spent 6 mos there; they even screwed up the move out charges which are tons of fun to get fixed. Not much credibility to them; they sent the bill to an apartment we never occupied. The maintenance people were prompt and would sadly survey the current plumbing problem. Also, after I moved in (and I was there only a short time) the rent was decreased from 910 to 810..nice.
