AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Caters to dirtbags!

I was brought here by an agent of my employer. The sales pitch was quite impressive. You would certainly think that it was a real class act. Please read below to see how an educated man with a great job could be so disappointed in a facility.
Upon moving in I was awaken by noisy neighbors and my apartment filled with cigarette smoke. Last time my parents were here we discovered numerous used condoms in the parking lot. If you bring children in here you are in for a real surprise.
Buildings are literally white-washed with paint to make it seem clean. The actually painted over hairs in the bathroom rather than just clean! People in the residence are noisy, rude and difficult to communicate with unless you speak a foreign language. Parking is poor and little notice is given if say you need to move your car or it will be towed, that sort of thing. Once you move in here no one will ever really care how you are doing. I normally feel as though I?m about to get mugged no matter where I am in the complex. My fiancee says I have to move out of here before we get married as she would fear for her life or fear of being sexually assulted.
Laundry rooms are dirty and none of the machines work. Maintence is one of the few bright spots. If something is broken they come right away and fix it. The office staff is the complete opposite. They hide in the back and if you are a "current resident" with a contract, don?t expect anyone to talk with you. They figure that you signed a lease and that you are stuck here.
Landscape is generally poor and the whole place is filled with stray cats who some moron has been feeding. Facilities are a joke, if you think you are going to play racquetball here or exercise, think again. You?ll wait for hours.
Move-in was pretty lousy. They penalized me 250 dollars because I didn?t have the cash on me when I initially looked at the place. Appliances are actually pretty nice and work just fine. Be very careful with the water is it is about 5000 degrees hot and I have actually scalded myself. Be forewarned if one of your low-life neighbors enjoys flushing the toilet when you take a shower. You could easily end up in the hospital, no joke.
In terms of electricity, none of the wall switches do ANYTHING. It?s very tough to figure out. There is NO lighting here whatsoever.
I know that this must not sound legitimate but I am being very truthful. I am a highly-respected health professional with a doctorate degree. I?m still here but I won?t be for long. If need be, I?ll be getting a lawyer.
