Save yourself some aggravation

The 2 garbage dumpsters are a joke. Wait until you see the people driving with garbage bags on the hoods of thier cars. The apartments are moldy. The maintanence staff, while friendly is badly outgunned. Apartment flooding is rampant, and stuff is breaking down all over due to the age the apartments. You can pretty much hear what your neighbor's are doing. The office staff is not very helpful, and it appears they believe they always are correct. Even when confronted with third party evidence. You need to get everything in writing. Watch yourself in the winter! Your car basically slides down the steep slippery hills uncotrolled as there appears to be a serious drainage problem. Be prepared for a monstrous utility bill. These apartments leak heat like a sieve. And wait until you get a flat $20 per person water bill each month. The water and sewage for one month in our new place was 50% of what we were paying at Fairfield Pointe. To be fair they did refund our security deposit.
