Nice complex, bad management

I lived at this complex for a year and liked it. The grounds are kept decent and most everybody is friendly. Parking is usually not an issue but on the weekends it tends to get crowded. The speed bumps did get on my nerves at first but I got used to them. Also, watch out in the winter. Snow removal is not good at Fairfield Pointe. The apartments have hard wood floors under the carpet and they send to creak something awful, especially when it get's cold. Maintenance responds within 2-3 days at most and usually get things fixed.

Mangement is terrible though. Make sure you get everything in writing. Donna and Tina tend to go back on what they say and sometimes even a printed document doesn't work. I've never had a problem with the rest of the office staff.

If you are considering this complex as a home I wouldn't recommend it.
