I really wanted to write a review because I think Fairfield Pointe is a great place to live. In reading the other reviews it is obvious these prior residents are mad because they were asked to follow guidelines
that were in their lease just like they were in mine. That is one of the things that attracted me to Fairfield Pointe. I really felt and was not proved wrong that they do have rules and they make their residents follow them. You can imagine moving somewhere, where no rules are enforced. No place I would want to live.

I had a plesant experience start to finish and was always treated nice from maintenance staff to everyone in the office. I give Fairfield Pointe a thumbs up!
