I wish I had seen this site before I had moved in. Moved to the area at short notice and thought I was getting a good deal.....nothing but regrets now. I

have a 3 bedroom townhome so I don't have the noisy neighbour problems....but every other complaint I have read on this site rings true to me. My move in inspection sheet was unbelievable, I ran out of space to write down all the problems, many of which remain unresolved. I have had flooding, mould, broken applicances, dishwasher and hot water system replaced, broken doors, locks....even the toilet in the spare bathroom is on a lean and can't be fixed as the whole floor is sagging and would need to be torn out and replaced (can you believe they would have the gall to tell me that!!!!). The latest problem is finding that the cold air return in the living room is not ducted to the furnace so we have had cold air (from "all the cracks in the building" according to the maintenance guy)pouring in to our apartment nullifying the heat which has been running flat out to compensate.

Of course there is the whole, "let's decide to dig up and replace the main water lines the week before the rain and snow hits" so we will be living in a filthy mudbowl until next spring.

I haven't mentioned my wife's grandmother tripping on the cracked and twisted pavement yet......they put a few traffic cones out there as a warning for about a week, but I guess the danger has passed!

Terrible service in a run down overpriced community. Can't wait until the lease runs out. Hope my wife's grandmather's lawyer does a job on them!
