I live at fairfield pointe right now and can't wait to move in may 2006, I've had me car towed several times for chipped paint, and I promise I have a little paint chipped off the back of my car but under it is more paint. I have no rust on my 96 convertable sebring.beaware that every neighbor in your building will be able to hear every conversation you have; and you don't have to yell. imagine a friday evening after a hard week of work all you want to do is take a hot shower you get in and for about 2 min you are warm and relaxed shampoo in your hair and soap all over you, but suddenly freezing cold water hits your body. I can't tell you how many times the water did that to me. not to mention the several times the water complete shut down for the whole complex and then when it comes back on it is brown. you smell the sewer through your sink. they never fix anything rightaway. the grounds are perfect wonderful but don't be tricked. I promise I'm telling you the truth.
