These apartments are horrible for noise and bad smells.

I moved into Fairfield Pointe in 2002 and I wish I had seen this site before I moved in. The floors and walls in these buildings are horrible. They really need to tear down the floors and walls and rebuild them with concrete like the community that I just moved to has. For some reason the hallways always stink with bad odors from cooking or lack of hygene by certain "foreign" people. They need to put more than 1 washer and dryer in each building. Sharing 1 hot water heater in the building with 12 units is not always a guaratee that you will get hot water. The staff was always helpful to me, especially Jordan. All my maintence requests were done correctly and in a timely manner. I don't recommend this property to anyone unless you can be very quiet and can handle bad smells.
