Where does one start. My wife in I moved in right after getting married, it was quite a shock to move in here after a cruise. I lived in better college housing than this. On our move in sheet we added two additional pages to it. Only About half the issues were ever addressed. WE ended up having our rent reduced due to carpet damage, cracks in the walls, broken windows and a fireplace that we specifically asked to not have. I regularly get the "priveledge" to walk half a mile to get to my apartment from where I park. Nobody in the complex appears to know what a stop sign is. The whole trash thing with only two dumpsters is posibbly the worst idea I have ever seen. The smells are the worst, i don't understand who cooks at 11 p.m. most of the people we have made contact with are rude or don't speak any english. Maintenance
is joke we wait on average 1 week to have things accomplished after putting in a work order. The clutter on the patio is joke, we happened to put trash out there one day because we had guests and did not have time to drive it to the trash, wouldn't you know it we got a notice the next day saying remove the trash or be fined, if only the work orders were taken care of with that kind of speed. I could keep going on and on but i am just getting more angry the longer i write. We will be buying a house a soon as our lease is up, and have already prevented a few people from making the mistake of moving here. Everytime i see a moving truck taking up three spaces i think goodluck(for moving in) or congradualtions for getting out.
