Not bad for the money

It's really not THAT bad - it's a freakin apartment - it's not going to be perfect! Especially for the price - we have a huge townhome and haven't had a lot of problems at all. i will say the office people are pretty useless. I had several problems with communication when we were trying to see the apartment before signing the lease. It's pretty quiet. Most of the neighbors are nice - some are scary but we just don't talk to them - And the police patrol so it's really cut down on drug dealing and other crimes. Parking is limited where we are but we manage. Over all not too bad ...

your very lucky to not have all the problems we have had. if i were you i would still leave before it gets worse, cuz it will.
